Paste the questionnaire into Claude
Open a new conversation in Claude and paste the text from the top of the page. Claude starts asking you questions, one at a time.
Answer the questions
Claude takes you through your work, priorities, tone and values. Answer with concrete examples. The more you tell it, the better the result.
Save your system prompt
At the end, Claude writes your system prompt. Copy it into Settings, General, Instructions for Claude. From then on, it knows you in every new conversation.
