AI training

AI education and training for your staff

We put what the company already uses in order and teach the team to work with AI safely and effectively.

Training tied to your team’s roles and tools also covers the AI literacy obligation under the EU AI Act.

The problem

What we see in most companies.

The team already uses AI, but there are no rules.

Employees use ChatGPT and similar tools each in their own way, with no internal policy and no overview of what data they put in.

The licences are paid for, but hardly used.

Tools the company already pays for go unused, because the team does not know what they can do with them in their own work.

The EU AI Act requires AI literacy.

Since February 2025, a company that uses AI has to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among its staff. From August 2026 this is supervised.

AI literacy

What the EU AI Act requires

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires a company to take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among the staff who use AI. No certificate or exam is needed. What counts is content tied to the employees’ roles and the tools they use.

We have collected the deadlines, the fines under Slovenian law and a list of things you can check yourself in our article on the EU AI Act and AI literacy in 2026.

Common questions

Is a certificate required for AI literacy?

No. The EU AI Act does not prescribe a certificate, an exam or a number of hours. It expects measures that match the employees’ roles and the risks of the tools they use. It is advisable to keep a record of who was trained, when and on what.

Who in the company is the training for?

For everyone who uses AI in their work. We tailor the content to the roles and to the tools the team already uses.

What if the team does not use AI yet?

We start with an analysis of the current setup: which tools and licences the company already has, how they are configured and where AI would help the team most.

How does the training connect to the other steps?

Training is the first of three steps. It is followed by the AI diagnostic review, which shows the biggest opportunities, and custom solution development.
