What actually happens on the call?
For the first twenty minutes we ask the questions, because without that we cannot say anything useful. We look at which tasks eat the most hours, what can be solved quickly and what cannot. If we see we are not the right fit, you hear it on the call and not after three meetings.
Is this a sales call?
It is a conversation that can turn into work together. It is not a presentation and it is not a proposal; a proposal comes once we know what we are talking about.
Who will be on the call?
One of us, meaning somebody who works on the projects and can make decisions. No middlemen and no handover to a team you have never met once you sign.
What should I prepare?
Nothing. It helps if you think about which task you hear complained about most often, but we can work that out together on the call.
How long before anything changes?
With training, people report an effect within days. With custom development it depends on scope, and we build in the order that produces a measurable result soonest.
Do we have to replace the systems we already use?
