This is an English translation, provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy between the two versions, the Slovenian version applies.

This cookie policy explains how Opti Solutions IT rešitve d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website opti-solutions.si.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit the site. They allow the website to remember your settings, choices and other data, so that you do not have to enter all the information again on your next visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, to improve the user experience and to collect analytics data.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the basic operation of the website. Without them, certain features do not work properly. Your consent is not required for their use.

3. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. We collect the data in aggregated and anonymised form. For these cookies we need your prior consent, which you give through the cookie consent banner.

4. Advertising cookies

We advertise in ChatGPT. To know which ad led to an enquiry, we use the OpenAI measurement pixel. It records a form submission and links it to a click on an ad. We do not use it to show personalised ads. For these cookies we need your prior consent, which you give through the cookie consent banner.

The controller of this data is OpenAI OpCo, LLC. The data is transferred to the United States on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

5. Functional cookies

To improve the user experience and for integrated services to work (e.g. conversion tracking through the GoHighLevel platform), functional cookies may be set with your consent. These cookies enable advanced features such as personalised communication and tracking of the user journey.

6. Planned cookies

In the future, we plan to integrate the following advertising platforms. We will update this policy accordingly before they are activated:

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook) – conversion tracking and audience targeting for advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google Ads (remarketing) – remarketing cookies for showing personalised ads on the Google network.

These cookies will only be activated after you give your explicit consent through the cookie consent banner.

7. Google Analytics Consent Mode v2

Our website uses Google Analytics with a Consent Mode v2 implementation, which ensures compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

On your first visit to the website, analytics cookies are not loaded. The Google Analytics script is loaded only once the user explicitly gives consent to analytics cookies through our cookie consent banner. Until consent is given, no data is collected and the _ga and _ga_D5F8YN2LRG cookies are not set.

When the user gives consent, analytics_storage is set to granted and Google Analytics starts collecting data. You can withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

8. Managing cookies

You can manage or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Below are instructions for the most common browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → Manage cookies.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data.
  • Apple Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Note: If you disable strictly necessary cookies, some features of the website may not work properly.

9. Legal basis

For the use of cookies, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – these cookies are necessary for the website to function and do not require consent.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies: User consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) – these cookies are set only after your explicit consent, given through the cookie consent banner.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
