Open ChatGPT with the account you use for work (that one knows you best) and paste the prompt from the top of the page into a new conversation.
Copy the answer
ChatGPT returns a structured description of you and your work. Review it, correct any mistakes and copy the whole text.
Paste it into Claude
In Claude, open Settings, General and the Instructions for Claude field. Paste the text and save. From then on, Claude knows you in every new conversation.
